Patronus is a recently founded Healthcare Startup based in Berlin. We revolutionized the traditional red emergency button with a state-of-art emergency smartwatch. Our product helps elderly to call for help whenever and wherever. We consider this as our entry point to build healthcare products for elderly.

Your role is our first touchpoint to every new team member. We want to hire the best people and we want them to build amazing things with us. Supported by our HR team and our Product and Tech management team you will work on the following tasks:

  • Define a hiring strategy to acquire great candidates in Europe
  • Support our candidates along the whole recruitment process
  • Create job postings and optimize recruiting channels
  • Direct search for potential candidates
  • Excite and challenge our candidates in interviews


  • Confident and solution-oriented personality with an independent working attitude, hands-on mentality and operative effectiveness
  • Highly organized, a structured way of working and the talent to inspire people
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Product and Tech roles
  • Versatile challenges don´t intimidate but motivate you
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language in speech and writing
